Valentine week!
What should I write ?? or
should I even write ??
My new template's certainly showing off the colour of the month , it's actually not entirely because of St. Valentine that I changed the look of my blog. For nearly 2 months now, the links on my posting area are not working , so no one can comment or like or share my posts :(
Would the response to my posts be any different had they been working is a different story altogether. But as far as I am concerned, I would certainly like to be optimistic and blame it all on Blogger. So I thought a new template might resolve the issue but it's wasn't to be!!
Anyways, so back to 'THE' Valentine's week.... the week of love , romance, beautiful weather, chocolates (corny, but delicious as ever),feel-good movies, white carnation's ( roses are so passe ) and a whole lot of other things that are unique in their own special way because each of it has a cute little story behind it !!!

Agreed, we all love our family and friends and they have a nonpareil place in our hearts but lets be frank... this whole concept of "It's about love in general", "I am spending valentine's with my family", "my best friend is my valentine" etc etc... is all very mushy and grande' but actually whosoever says that simply means "i do not have a valentine and i still wanna look voguish and swanky" .
Its a very shrewd way of making oneself being percieved as chic and debonair but it is infact extremely astute and sagacious. How many young couples have you noticed spending V-day with their family or friends ?? As the saying goes "if you have it, you flaunt it !" and there shouldn' be any guilt in doing so... so why do people feel the need to show that their life isn't as miserable as it atually is ? "if you don't have it, you still flaunt it !! " should be the axiom !!!
The above are some strong views and might be provocative to some and even insulting, but it's the reality and if you feel intimidated, then probably you are plain guilty of indulging in the same. The good thing is, my comments link isn't working so your vexation has no means of reaching me :P
Happy Valentine's week nonetheless... Be real, it feels better !!
PS: Cupid must be so damn busy , wonder how he manages to maintain his accuracy with so many requests of his love arrows all over the world. Must be consulting Santa for management advice !!! lol
